Lakeland Spas are easily accessible from the M6 junction 42 exit.From junction 42 take the Durdar Road signposted Dalston.At Durdar go straight ahead at a slightly staggered crossroads.After approximately 4 miles you will reach a T junction with the Bridge End Public House in front of you.Turn right here into Dalston.Once in Dalston turn left after the church onto Barras Lane and Lakeland Spas is signposted approximately 1 mile ahead

From Carlisle city centre follow the signs for A595 Workington and we are approximately 4 miles south west of Carlisle just off the A595 on the left signposted Dalston Train Station.
